Instagram is a very new and popular Android and Iphone app. You are able to take pictures, share them with friends, fans and the whole community. Your pictures will get promoted by some "Hashtags" which will lead you into a new page filled with pictues with the same hashtag.
This app have 80 million registered members at the moment. This is insane! It was published in Oktober 2010. The app was managed by 13 people, but in 2012 facebook bought the app and the employers for one billion dollar! Facebook and Instagram now are mixed together so you are able to share the photos to facebook too. This is also a great way to get a new profile picture.
